    We guarantee all moving parts and the control system against manufacturing defects for three years, the mattress for one year, and the chassis/frame for five years, from the invoice date. Parts repair/labor are guaranteed for one year, also from the invoice date. In most instances the affected parts are replaced, not repaired.

     

    Parts damaged due to improper product assembly, installation, or procedure; lack of recommended maintenance including cleaning; or lost after delivery cannot be included in this warranty.

FAQ’s

How long does the battery hold a charge? How many uses before I need to recharge it? How long does it take to recharge?

One battery charge will provide at least 15 up/down cycles of the trolley. The recharge time depends on the amount of use. The charger automatically turns off when the charge is complete. We recommend you charge the battery pack every night. Do not allow the batteries to completely discharge. The two batteries (24v) in the battery pack will last approximately four years if properly maintained.

What does shallow bathing mean? How much water accumulates around the patient?

The mattress holds a depth of approximately 3”- 4” of water for shallow soaking and bathing. Fluids exit via a drain plug and attached hose, included with the trolley.

Can I replace the mattress if it gets worn or torn?

The life of the mattress is approximately four years with proper care. Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals for cleaning. A replacement mattress is available for around $550.00.

What is the purpose of the tilting feature?

The trolley bed can tilt at the touch of the button to raise the head or feet. This feature aids in patient comfort and eases bathing, as well as assisting in water drainage.

Are the electric components waterproof?

Yes, they are designed to withstand direct contact with a water spray.
