Delivery and Returns

Delivery and Shipping Policy:

Whether your order is shipped from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, it is important to us that it arrives promptly and in perfect condition. To insure efficiency and economy, we use Common Carrier/LTL or UPS.

We can arrange for lift gate service as well as white glove delivery; just let our Customer Service department know what you need.

We deliver throughout the US, and we’re happy to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico — just give us a call for those special rates. And contact us for an additional quote if you’d like your order expedited.

Shipping rates vary, so check the individual product pages for specific fees, which are added to your invoice and prepaid prior to shipping. Delivery times are indicated for each product and include the turnaround time from placing your order to shipping to transit. Actual transit time is usually one week or less.

Return Policy:

We are confident that you will be pleased with our products, and offer guarantees for each one. (Check individual item listings for specific details.) However, should you need to return a product, pre-authorize your return by contacting us at 800 577-1555 or info@max-ability.com. We’ll verify one of the following reasons for the return: 

1. Ordered the wrong product or model:

You may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date if it is in the original packaging, has not been installed, and is unused. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to returned goods, pending inspection upon product’s return.  You will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Shipping and insurance costs will also apply to those products we offer with free shipping.

2. Damaged product:

Please notify the delivery agent and MAX-Ability of any visible packaging or product damage at the time of delivery. We make every effort to deliver our products in perfect condition. If there is problem with the initial product function or if there is damage to the product after unpacking, let us know within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please keep all original packaging until you are sure that all components are properly installed and working correctly. We cannot refund or replace returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Cancellations:

If you find you need to cancel an order, contact our Sales Department (800.577.1555) immediately.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will be happy to cancel with no charge. However, if the order has begun the shipping process, then certain fees will apply, depending on the product ordered and the delivery destination.

Warranty Information:
We guarantee product components against manufacturing defects for five years, and parts repair/labor for one year, from the invoice date, with the following stipulations:

Batteries provided with battery-operated products are warranted for two years, given proper maintenance.
Mattresses are guaranteed against factory defect for two years.

In most instances the affected parts are replaced, not repaired. Please contact us regarding any malfunction you encounter.

 
Parts damaged due to improper product assembly, installation, or procedure; lack of recommended maintenance including cleaning; normal wear and tear; or lost after delivery cannot be included in this warranty, nor do we assume liability for secondary damage sustained to material or equipment we did not provide.
