Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty Information

We guarantee product components against manufacturing defects for Five Years from the invoice date, with the following stipulations: Batteries provided with battery-operated products are warranted for Two Years, given proper maintenance.

Mattresses are guaranteed against factory defect for Two Years.

In most instances the affected parts are replaced, not repaired. Please contact us regarding any malfunction you encounter as soon as possible.

Parts damaged due to improper assembly, installation, or procedure: lack of recommended maintenance including cleaning; normal wear and tear: or lost after delivery cannot be included in this warranty, nor do we assume liability for secondary damage sustained to material or equipment we did not provide.

Return Policy

We are confident that you will be pleased with our products and offer guarantees for each one. However, should you need to return a product, pre-authorize your return by contacting us at 1-800-577-1555 or  orders@max-ability.com. We will verify one of the following reasons for the return:

1. Ordered the wrong product or model: To obtain a return product approval, it must be within 14 days of the delivery date, in the original packaging and unopen.

 A 20% restocking charge will be applied to unopened products that arrive back at our warehouse in resaleable condition.  All returned products will be inspected prior to refunds less       restocking fee.  You will be responsible for scheduling shipment return and shipping costs.

2. If product has been used and/or original packaging is discarded we are unable to accept product returns.

3. Damaged product:

Before signing and accepting delivery, please inspect and confirm there is no major damage to the product.                                                                                                                                           IF, there is major damage to packaging or product:                                                                                                                                                                                                                               (1) Sign and request the delivery agent to sign BOL as damaged 

(2) Refuse Shipment and takes photos 

(3) Inform MAX-Ability of the damage, shipment refusal and provide photos.                                                                                                                                                                                            We make every effort to deliver our products in perfect condition.
